Friendly welcoming staff, nice little touches like decaff teabags that you don't often find.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff had been really kind and helpful. Having a parking space was quite helpful as it provided us with a space to park. The staff were understanding of any issues that we came across and helped us with the best of their abilities.
