The workers, staff. These people were awesome! I would have like to have had the breakfast facility open longer as a brunch type. As a reflection of San Andrés. If you stay up late, you’re gonna get up late so if the food court would stay open, it would be perfect!!!

The entire stay was great! Breakfast was wonderful with varied choices every day. The front desk was very helpful when needed. The most helpful staff member was Marlin. She was so friendly and made sure that everything was in order. She was also the pool bartender and did a great job. I was there for my birthday and the staff decorated our room perfectly with the help of my partner, Frank. They provided balloons, a Feliz Compleanos sign, cake with candle and a split of wine. We hope to return for Franks birthday in November!! Thanks to the staff for a great stay.

Location and hotel were nice overall. Walkable, close to a lot of the water excursions in the area. Rooms are very basic, I expected more for the price we paid. Free breakfast was nice. The shower soaps smelled super bad, not sure if it was just the brand. Staff were friendly, they were a little stingy with the towels.
