Good staff and service, but rooms are dated. Inadequate and broken usb and charger connections. Interesting that hotel is offering power Bank rentals?

Did not have breakfast. Plenty of outside choice, much cheaper. Red rooftop bar was excellent and reasonably priced.

Rooftop bar and pool are beautiful, bar staff had no experience, couldn't get me a cold beer, it was warm. Room service was fantastic beers were cold from room service, downstairs restaurant was fantastic, best breakfast buffet on this trip.

It about my 5th time staying here. The value for the location and the caliber is amazing. I think the caliber is really not much lower than a $500 hotel in Bangkok. For 1/5 the price. Very good staff. Awesome rooms. Nice restaurant, nice breakfast buffet, cool little pool and bar on the roof. And the location is great for bars, street food, restaurants, and access to BTS and not too far from terminal 21 mall. My favorite nearby locations for street food are Soi 4 (hotel’s street), Soi 8, and 2 street food markets: 1 you walk to Sukhumvit Road make a left and go maybe 1/2 a mile same side. 1 you walk to Sukhumvit road, turn right and go about a 3/4 mil a little past Soi8 same side. As for restaurants some great ones on Soi8 and its alleys. And great ones on the far side of Sukhumvit road if you make a right and walk 1/2 mile, around Soi 7.
