The staff's response was polite. However, there was a day when I couldn't sleep because I was worried about the noise echoing from below the neighborhood at night.

Every time I left to explore the city, I would come back to a clean and comfortable room. The staff was always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always greeting us with smiles. I also really appreciated how easy and stress-free they made visits with guests compared to other hotels. Overall I had a wonderful stay and felt very welcomed here 😊
