Embassy Suites by Hilton Syracuse Destiny USA

I know this hotel is not brand new, but it looks it. The rooms are decorated very nicely. The room I paid for and saw pictures of was not the room I was in; it was way better. This would've been a great room to be in if we were moving and needed a place to live for a few months. Big room, two TVs, huge bathroom, the list goes on. The only downside, and the stopped around 10pm, is the road that goes between the hotel and the Destiny USA mall. It sounded like people were street racing out there and you can head that clearly in the hotel, it at least in our room. But 10 pm it was silent, but before that, good luck getting a kid, it yourself, to sleep. All in all, I'll gladly return here. Especially for the breakfast. We enjoyed the happy hour the night before, but the breakfast in the morning, that's was included with the meal, was outstanding. Everything you can imagine for breakfast, plus, made to order omelets. Stay here and see for yourself.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating when we added a room for the night.

This property was absolutely gorgeous. our rooms were very clean and spacious. The front desk was extremely helpful on traveling throughout the city and we’re very welcoming upon our return to the hotel after our outing.

Great hotel in an amazing location walkable to Destiny USA mall. My teens really enjoyed the mall. My husband and I loved the evening reception and free drinks. Overall, great stay and we'd book again next time we're in Syracuse.
