Here’s the final version with that included naturally:
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any questions. The housekeeping staff were also very kind, polite, and did a great job keeping the room clean throughout our stay.
Breakfast was included, which was a lovely bonus. There was a good variety of options each morning, making it easy to find something to enjoy.
The only issue we experienced was one night when the power went out, causing both the lights and air conditioning to stop working. We weren’t given any information about what had happened, which was a bit frustrating, especially as it was during the night. However, when we went to reception to ask about it, the staff were apologetic and assured us they would fix the problem as quickly as possible.
Overall, despite this incident, we had a very good experience and appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the delicious breakfast, the polite housekeeping staff, and the helpful reception team. We would be happy to stay here again.

The air conditioning was needed when the outside temperatures were in the 90s

It's very central at main shopping street.
I had room 101 there was bit noise when people use the staircase because of the door closing.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Air conditioning was excellent, as it was very hot in Budapest but rooms stayed cool. Everything was clean and tidy, staff were helpful and the breakfast was fine.
