Hotel was good, had problems with my booking first arrived but then Lucy in the reception has been very kind and ready to help!

Location is good, just on the beach. Sun umbrellas and sun beds are charged on the beach and also by the hotel swimming pool. There was a kids pool which we liked as we traveled with two children. Breakfast was tasty and good. If you plan to go to Caribe Bay, buy a ticket at the reception, it is 10 eur cheaper per person.
Wifi was not working during our stay. We stayed in the room 36 and the router did not reach there so wifi was not working. I was very disappointed with the lunch I ordered in the hotel restaurant upon arrival. I ordered chicken schnitzel with fresh vegetables but the vegetables were already bad (tomatoes, cucumber and corn. Corn was from a tin with spoiled water - it had terrible taste). After mentioning it, the staff gave me fresh vegetables. The building needs some renovations. Except that, we enjoyed our stay.
