Location is excellent, just a few mins walk to the train station

Great place to stay for an overnight very close to the Vienna Central Train Station. A grocery store (Billa) is also just around the corner. Self-check in went well. No way to leave your luggage though. Room was clean and well equipped but we found the double bed mattress was a bit thin and not especially solid. That said, we were very happy with the cleanliness and convenience (to the train and groceries) and price and would recommend this hotel.

You won't get catered to or pampered, but in the middle of a 10-day trip, we could do laundry, buy/cook food, and the train station and everything we needed was close-by or in the building/room. I was basically home away from home. Perfect for us at the time! You can get your own towels, dishwasher soap (yes, there was a dishwasher), and pots/pans dishes, utensils, etc. in the room.
Plus, I had trouble with the check-in process and needed and extra day there. The host spoke English very well, was VERY kind, and helped with everything. I'd definitely go back.
