A beautiful modern hotel on the outskirts of Modena. Breakfast was exceptional.

Hotel is very nice, big rooms and very clean. The only disappointment was the showers, both rooms was very small and shower head not very good.

Following the cancellation of our flight from Pisa, we told reception that we wouldn’t arrive until around midnight due to driving 2 hours and the reception was happy to stay behind to make sure that we could check in correctly
Overnight stay and the property was quiet and beds were comfy, breakfast was included and had a nice spread of fresh hot and cold options.
Only around 10 tables nicely spaced apart and was a relaxing open space to enjoy the morning
Would happily stay again as the property is relatively new and the water pressure was impressive for a standalone property
