Staff wasn't at the desk when we came, and our room was not cleaned while we were there.

Good hot breakfast, clean rooms (felt big with tall ceilings), friendly staff.

The rooms were nice, although the beds were too soft for me. The common areas were nice and comfortable. The kids used the pool and enjoyed it. Breakfast was decent. Unfortunately the TVs did not work properly. Overall a good stay!
