The staff couldn't have been nicer nor more helpful. However we had a suite with a pullout bed/couch and there weren't any linens for the pullout bed.

Check in was quick and seamless, I think her name was Jodi, was helpful as we accidentally chose the incorrect number of nights. Breakfast was great too and the attendants were great at keeping it clean and stocked when it was packed with people.
