This was our second time returning to the guesthouse. We love this place so much and Gerald is always so helpful and so kind. The location is so amazing that we are just a few minutes away from the spanish steps. Everything is so close and all the restaurants and shops are nearby. We cannot wait to return to Rome and spend more time here at this property.

Everything was wonderful.
Location is the most centric, the property is great.
My family of 4 stayed in a suite and was very comfortable.
The room was decorated with great taste, quiet during the night and for the hot summer the AC was the best.
