Vila Gale Lagos Resort Hotel

The property grounds are great, the pool area is really beautiful, and everything is well maintained. The rooms are big with also big balconies and clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is amazing, a special shoutout to the head of front desk, the Splash bar team and housekeeping. Food could have been better, there is not much variety in the buffets (lunch and dinner), very limited for a 4-star property. Breakfast was nice but not excellent, not what we are used to of Vila Gale group. The restaurant was small for the number of rooms / people, so it was very crowded with waiting lines for dinner and breakfast. The property was also understaffed; there were not enough people to clean up the tables fast enough so guests could sit down and the food was also not replaced fast enough in the buffets when finished so options were very limited. Also, 1 small pool bar (the Splash bar) for such a huge pool with so many people is not enough, there should be another alternative, waiting time was to long because of the people lining up .1 staff member was super-fast making the drinks and managing the bar but the others were to slow. Overall, a nice experience but too expensive for the food offered (we booked all inclusive).

So close to the beach

Beautiful resort, pool was amazing. We did the breakfast buffet and it had a ton of options and they catered to my celiac. The beach is a little walk away and is gorgeous. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place for a family holiday, rooms great, clean and spacious Food great, lots to choose from, pool snack bar brilliant all food cooked to order and lovely One thing would of been great is the evening meal changed to 6.30pm not 7.00pm( as abit late for small children) other than that was lovely
