We stayed at this property for 4 nights with our 2 teenage daughters. The 1 1/2 bathrooms was nice and they said the Murphy bed was comfortable. The walk from the train station about 15 minutes. It was a little hard to find when we first got there but a waiter from a nearby restaurant helped us. The location was amazing, right in the middle of everything but quiet at night. Right across the street was a restaurant called Rivoire which was perfect for a quick breakfast bite and cappuccino to get our day started. The AC was nice and cold especially because we visited during a heat wave. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!

Instructions to the property were unclear. Picture of the front of the property was not that of my reservation. Property was clean. It did not have canal view.

Great location! Views views views! Staff friendly and very accommodating

Amazing little spot with all that you need in Florence. Helpful staff and steps from shops, Pointe Vecchio, so many restaurants. S long as you are good with some stairs the rooms have plenty of space. Location is key!
