Room was perfect and as described so I do recommend. Great location and price.
Communication was a problem at the start with the property manager as they did not receive my messages via Expedia app to request early check in. Also the room was not ready at 2pm so they offered a late check out.
Other than that, we were really happy and would stay again.

Property was amazing!!
Gold Coast luxury resorts management team was poorly organised, check in and check out was very inconvenient, room wasn’t ready on arrival had to wait longer & wasn’t notified when it was ready as they promised, we had to chase them up. only had one key available which we had to personally return to their office which was half an hour away from where we were staying.
we will be booking direct with the property next time.
very disappointing given we are here once a month.

Our stay for a hens weekend away was relaxing, clean and no effort to do with the apartment. Was the best unit I have stayed in, on the Gold Coast.
