One of our favourite Bali hotels, love the room size, location, pool and staff. Only 4/5 because breakfast isnt good, food luke warm not hot at all. Limited choice, we eat outside hotel

Without a doubt, this was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, the hospitality was exceptional. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. A very special thank you to Yuni, the Guest Relations Manager. Even before our arrival, she arranged our airport transfers and responded promptly to every question we had. During our stay, she also organized our island tours, made reservations at a luxury spa, and helped us with every detail of our itinerary. Her dedication, kindness, and attention to detail exceeded all of our expectations. We traveled as a large group and booked six rooms.For some of us, it was our first visit to Bali, and even our first trip overseas. Yuni’s incredible support gave everyone peace of mind and elevated our entire vacation. She played a huge part in making this trip so special. The hotel’s location is another highlight. Although the street outside is lively and full of energy, the rooms are wonderfully quiet, allowing us to relax and enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. This hotel truly understands the meaning of genuine hospitality. We will absolutely return on our next visit to Bali. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.
