Close to the town, but far enough to have a scenic view of the country side. Got to see the northern lights. Clean room. Easy to check in.

Nice place. Helpful staff and decent breakfast. Outside the small town of Selfoss. Close to a beautiful church and other attractions.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was clean, tidy, comfortable and the staff and owners were very thoughtful and helpful. It was nice being able to chat with other guests in the common dining area. We didn't use the sauna or hot tub but they looked very inviting. The farm's sheep were very photogenic, and it's not a petting zoo. The thoughtful and personal decor was beautiful and I enjoyed talking with Svana about the needlework hanging on the walls. She was also kind enough to point out to this knitter and weaver the amazing yarn store right across the street, which had a great selection of locally sourced and dyed yarn, hand-knit Lopipyesa sweaters/hats/neck warmers, knitting kits, and fleeces.
