Staff was wonderful. Room was comfortable, and the breakfast satisfying. Be mindful you will have to carry your own luggage upstairs. Not a problem for us, as our rule for European travel is to never back more than you are willing to carry up a flight of stairs. Location is convenient to Rialto Bridge and water taxi stop. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great breakfast. I appreciated the healthy options as well as great coffee and apricot pastry. Spotless. Shared a bathroom seamlessly. Super interesting and helpful staff. Great bed. Great location.

This hotel was our first introduction to Italy and it couldn't have been better! From the messages before we arrived, telling us how to get to the hotel, to restaurant suggestions each day, the hotel staff was incredible! Centrally located near the Vaparetto, we could easily get around, even with our luggage. The rooms were clean, quiet and the daily breakfast was just delicious! We absolutely loved staying here!

Hotel is very convenient from Rialto Mercato dock. Older hotel (no elevator). But very clean, safe, friendly staff. Rooms are spacious with a good working A/C
