Clean, quiet, comfortable and safe!

The hotel was very nice—modern, clean, and featuring a welcoming bar and restaurant area. There were just a couple of minor issues. Housekeeping was vacuuming the hallways around 8:00 AM, which felt a bit early and could be disruptive to guests who are still resting. While I understand the hotel primarily caters to business travelers, a 9:00 AM start time might be more considerate. Additionally, the hot tub was out of order during my stay. It wasn't a major inconvenience, but given that the property appears relatively new, I was a bit surprised that it was unavailable. Overall, though, I had a positive experience.

Having a UW student for undergrad and graduate school, we have stayed at plenty of lodgings in the past 8 years in the Madison area. This hotel was by far the best we have been at. We loved the room layout and its ameninties. The place was clean, the staff was welcoming and helpful and the complimentary coffee in the am was a welcome start to each day there.
