The room was perfect & we loved our direct entrance to the beach. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again!

The staff were great people, but the property itself is getting quite run down. We're regular visitors to Cuba, so I think we can say fairly confidently that we're not fussy, and this place was on par with a cuban 3-star. The AC wasn't enough to cool the room , the door was made of boards with a latch for a garden shed instead of a doorknob and the toilet barely flushed. We didn't bother to complain because it's not the staff's fault.
