Overall a nice hotel highlighted by Bri on reception and many other helpful and friendly staff. Their was no TV remote (should have been checked I think by house staff) however the staff did all they could to find another and sort the problem. Our family room had lots of space and everything was clean. Breakfaat was good as were the facilities of pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Our only change would be not to have dogs staying; one dog howled for a good while at 7.30 am on the sunday: I think guests had left it alone in the room.

There was no one at the reception when I arrived. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Clean and staff friendly but the room has a heating pipe that makes the room hot specially on summer time. Would be great if the heating system off on summer time. Thanks all in all all great
