The staff was excellent - very attentive, friendly, and helpful! Also, the hotel is kept clean and the room was as shown. Great view of the pyramids from the outside patio of the restaurant on the top floor!

Excellent service. Listened to what I requested and organised transportation and guide, plus ride to airport early in the morning.
