The room was located in a central area in Rome so everything was walking disance 15 to 30 minutes. The neighborhood was safe. Cabs are easy to find. The room was serviced every two days.
Guido was easy to answer any questions we had. He was very responsive with our texts.
The airconditioning worked very well. The water pressure was great with lots of hot water.
My take away is if you need a room to sleep and shower in to be off the explore all the nearby galleries and fountains and statues, this is your place
If your looking for a place with breakfast and bar area in your hotel then this is not your place. I will say the room has many resturaunts open for breakfast and many cocktail bars a block away.
