Had a great stay, room was clean, staff were lovely and breakfast was great. Would stay there again.

I wasn’t thrilled with breakfast. When I booked the reservation they wrote that a breakfast was served in the morning. When I arrived I was told that the hot breakfast is an extra $10.00 while the continental breakfast is free.
The people at the reservation desk were very friendly and helpful. They made sure that I could reach my museum by printing bus schedules that helped catch the right bus.

Bed and pillows comfortable. Very small shower cubicle. Rain head shower that you can't get away from with very poor pressure. Ineffective hair dryer that needs button pushed down constantly to operate. Floor not properly cleaned - after shower dirt from feet appeared on bed. Room was very noisy. Could hear person next door coughing and their alarm going off. Doors could be head slamming open and closed from about 4:30 am. Only 2 tea bags for a 2 night stay.
