Our stay in San Andrés was absolutely amazing! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful island atmosphere that made the trip even more relaxing. The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, while still feeling peaceful and safe. The breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning, with great variety and fresh options to start the day. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and always made sure we had everything we needed. What truly made this place special was the hospitality. The team made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left. If you are visiting San Andrés and looking for a place that combines comfort, great service, and an unforgettable experience, I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be coming back!

The breakfast was made to order and excellent, best complementary breakfast we have had. Fresh mango juice and sliced pineapple for each guest and wonderful coffee. Wonderful cook preparing as guests order, so fresh made and not sitting in a warmer and breakfast is served at your table within minutes. Indoor seating and outdoor seating is provided or eat in the lounge are or in the comfortable seating in the patio/ pool area.

The staff are courteous but need to change the towels every day
