Great service and staff was friendly and on top of things. Dana and David were super welcoming and accommodating upon our requests.

The customer service was excellent, with all staff members being friendly. The food was decent, and the lazy river pool was particularly amazing, where we spent the majority of our time. The beach was clean and the water was clear, except for some sargassum. All in all, it's a resort I'd happily visit again.

Everything Was Good

Dana our Expedia rep was excellent ..1st and foremost As far as hotel..our room was awesome But we only got the upgrade because there was an issue with our original room and they had to upgrade us … I did not like the fact that there was so many up charges for so many things This is an all inclusive hotel So I expect to have access to everything Not have to pay extra for a certain food or a high quality drink …that issue really left a sour taste in my mouth The beach area was very nice and well kept The gym was very good for a hotel gym The breakfast buffet was ok but fruit and salad area had a very limited selection The lunch n dinner buffet was terrible It was the same menu every day I went there for lunch n dinner when we arrived Lunch the next day and never went back The pools and pool staff were good Except the lady who served us at the canopy So we had to pay $$$ alot for a bottle of tequila to get the canopy That’s ridiculous I ordered a lemonade and that took almost an hour It took almost 2 hours to get our bottle tequila That’s unacceptable The movie theatre is kinda cool to have The big screen for the World Cup was cool as well Having no AC in the lobby is crazy The lazy river another nice touch The staff and especially Christian from the GUY burger restaurant were awesome I don’t have kids the kid pools looked fun The Mexican solution travel company I was not happy with we sat at the airport in the hot sun for almost an hour
