Without a doubt the best hotel in Matagalpa. Highly recommended! The staff is welcoming and friendly, and were responsive to every need. The room was spacious, well appointed, and perfectly clean. The property is beautiful, with wonderful gardens and a very secure location. It is a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. Too bad I can only give it five stars. Everything was perfect.

I had an outstanding experience thanks to Xiomara Hernández and Fatima. The customer service was top-notch. Xiomara was incredibly attentive—always checking in to see what my wife and I needed. The breakfast was fantastic, and the room was spotless. The bathroom was a perfect example of cleanliness: the towels were very clean, the toilet, shower, and sink all perfectly organized and spotless. Fatima and Xiomara, with their care, made our stay exceptional. I 100% recommend this place and plan to return next year.
