Ocean Palace All Inclusive Premium

We had a three o'clock check in.We got there at eleven o'clock. They told us to sit down and wait.We checked in online from our phone. Then, we went to see a person who told us that at three o'clock, we have to line up somewhere. They didn't speak english. So there was a little problem at three o'clock. It was like a long line at TSA.Fifty people waiting on one line to get envelope. That tells you what room you're in,I don't know why they could not have given us our room # , so we didn't have to wait on a long line. That gave us a negative feeling all day. Food was excellent,,service at pool was great, the photos makes the pools look so much larger than they are but still the adult pool was great with a swim up bar and staff when saw us with a half empty beer always got us another one. Would i stay there again. Yes but check on WAS THE WORST.. Next time I will arrive at 3:15 when the lines end. Also they do need more night time activities to do ,,,

A Dream Getaway at Ocean Palace Resort! I can't say enough amazing things about our stay at Ocean Palace Resort in Natal! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and breathtaking views of the ocean. The location is simply unbeatable—right on the stunning Via Costeira with direct access to the beach and minutes from Ponta Negra. The resort itself is gorgeous, with beautifully maintained pools, lush tropical landscaping, and plenty of space to relax. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had an incredible view of the ocean—waking up to that sunrise every morning was pure magic. What really stood out was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The food was also exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes served fresh every day. One of the highlights of our trip was getting our photos taken with Viva Photos—they were incredible! The team was professional, creative, and made the whole experience fun and memorable. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful and are now some of our favorite keepsakes from the trip. Whether you're looking to unwind by the pool, indulge in the spa, or explore the vibrant culture of Natal, Ocean Palace is the perfect base. This place exceeded all expectations—we’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable escape in Brazil!

Staff was very attentive and polite. The property itself is beautiful. Right on the beach with amazing views. Everything is close enough for a Uber ride. Will definitely visit this place again and again...👍👍
