Hyatt Vacation Club at Sirena del Mar

Clean rooms. Good staff. My favorite part of the property was the warm pools. The beach was very nice but the waves are very strong. Cant swim very much more than the shore. I would recommend not getting a shuttle and renting a car instead. Not online though, wait till you land and find the National/Enterprise people at the counters past the checked bags. $28/day compared to a $50-100 shuttle per person one way. Save yourself a lot of money with a rental.

Wonderful location with an amazing ocean view. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful, and since our flight was delayed for a few hours, they kindly allowed us a complimentary late check-out. We hope to be back soon!

The staff was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the resort as it was clean updated. The rooms had miniature kitchenettes in them that you can make your own food and across the street was a big supermarket where we bought a lot of our food as well. The staff played games daily and gave out prizes as well as very was very helpful with any questions we hadI was really impressed with the valet services. They got our car that we had rented every time we needed it even if it was late at night or early in the morning I really appreciate that staff went above and beyond in the check-in and all those things at the hotel had were amazing.

The resort is great, and I highly recommend it! My only complaint is that the food and drinks at the hotel are WAY too expensive. The restaurant at the resort has mediocre food at best, which is unfortunate because everything else about the property is so good. They also have some of the lowest restaurant ratings in the area. Paying $16 for a drink at the pool is just too much when you can go into town and pay around $6 for the same drink. Other than that, the resort is awesome. The staff is great, the property is very clean and well maintained, and all of the bartenders were on point and actually took the time to remember your name. We loved the place and would definitely consider going back. We just wouldn’t plan on eating or drinking on the property next time.
