Good value for money. Large rooms. No parking though.

Basic clean rooms but fine if you are planning on being out most of the time. Family room was spacious with a great view of the pier. Excellent location for seafront attractions and high st shops. We ate breakfast in Tomassi's which is 3min walk away. Decent hotel

Lovely hotel, really nice rooms and amazing view of Southend pier. Very nice friendly staff. My only negative point is that breakfast is overpriced and cold be improved. Would definitely still go back though!

Great stay we had besides a pigeon flying through the window which was out own fault for leaving the window open overnight but the staff were very helpful getting it out.
