Hotel H2 Nagasaki

Wonderful hotel that is centrally located, approximately 5 minute taxi ride from Nagasaki Station. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, public baths are clean and relaxing. Free coffee and matcha tea in the lobby were also nice touches. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent hotel with so many amenities. The check in is on the 3rd floor. This went very smoothly and the clerks were friendly and professional. Our room was spacious for those expecting a tiny Japanese room. We were provided with yakata as there is a public bath on the top floor. The bath has indoor and outdoor tubs. It is very relaxing and included in the stay! Each morning we had delicious coffee in the lobby. In the evenings, there is a fire pit where you can enjoy drinks from the bar. I highly recommend the ginger whiskey highball, made with house made ginger syrup. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping. We were there for several days, so we did a load of laundry. The self serve laundry is free. Just get a key from the front desk. The location of the hotel is close to the Dejima, Chinatown, shopping, excellent restaurants and bus/tram stops. We will definitely stay here when we return to Nagasaki.
