Very serene and beautiful resort

If possible, they could add a TV and improve the cleanliness. For guests staying longer, I would also recommend providing essentials such as toothpaste and toothbrushes, as well as offering more discounts on food and drinks for long-term stays to improve the overall guest experience.

I almost never leave reviews positive or negative, but this place is incredible. Perfect location, right in the action. Spa with sauna/cold plunge circuit on-site. The staff was overly attentive and helpful + I'd highly recommend getting the ground floor beachfront rooms. Walk out into the beauty of Tulum.

Great ,fresh food for all meals. Fantastic location right on Tulum beach, far enough away from beach clubs not to be disturbed at night but close enough to walk to them in the evening.
Exceptionally friendly and genuine service from all staff... reception, servers, housekeeping, spa
Plenty of choice of hotels in the Tulum hotel zone and this was our first visit to the area. Having now been I would 100% choose this hotel again over all the others... small, charming, cool vibe...just great
