The team were very helpful and accommodating rooms are very nice but the only issue i had was some spider webs on the roof but that doesnt bother me but otherwise very happy and recommended One Golbal Resort Green Square as a great hotel to stay its also great the train station right there and you can get kfc or maccas which is in the infinity square and have a Woolworths Metro nearby A+

A bit disappointed that I was located on 2/F which overlooked the terrace with people walking in front of me,
though my room was upgraded to 1 bedroom apartment.
However my sister and husband who arrived on 9th was upgraded to 2 a bedroom on 8/F and they were very pleased with it.
Overall I'm very pleased with your hotel and will continue to book in the future
