Piazza di Spagna Comfort Rooms

Great location, friendly staff and convenient

Wonderful location near the Spanish Steps and our favorite Rome restaurant. It was less like a hotel than we thought, with no lobby or staff around, and although our room had a wonderful view, we walked up four flights to reach it (no lift).

Location is awesome, close to everything Only thing is the property does not have an elevator so taking the luggage’s up and down can be a challenge. Travel with family of 4, plenty of space with two full washrooms.

The location was perfect for our stay in Rome. Approximately 2 minutes from Spanish steps and close to Trevi fountain. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff were exceptional and nothing was a problem for them. Spoke perfect English which was very helpful. We stayed for 3 nights in one room then moved on to Naples and Pompeii before returning for a further night which was in a different room. Both rooms were very clean with plenty of towels and shampoo/shower gel. Air con also very good which was required as it was very hot. I would definitely stay here again.
