This is a gem of a hotel, set in a gated community, a quiet and peaceful location yet only a 10 minute walk from the very centre of Antugua a beautiful city.
The rooms are stylish, spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and set around a beautiful courtyard filled with ferns and other greenery, a great location to sit and relax, and the setting for the amazing breakfasts served up by the fabulous ladies on the hotel team.
The hotel staff are simply wonderful, extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble, special mention to Mayda who arranged shuttles to and from the airport and trips to Lake Atitlan and a local coffee plantation.
We would highly reccomend Hotel Las Marias thank you for a great 4 nights in Guatemala.

The hotel is inside a gated community with construction noise and no sign outside that indicates where the hotel is. Breakfast was nice, room was clean but no window screens. Parking available in front of property but you need call to be let in through the gate.
