We stayed at this same hotel two years ago in the exact same room. It was maintained since then. Great location near the metro and our very favorite restaurant in Paris. Friendly staff. Only negative is the sink in the bathroom kept getting clogged.

Great to have excellent air conditioning in the hot weather. Good, clean, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff, who kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout on our last day.
