The Villager Motel is a well-maintained motel. I had room 18, which is in the "newer" portion of the motel's 4 sections. The room was quite large and the bathrom features newer fixtures. I love the fact that you can take a short, 300 yard hike to the Saco River, which forms the northern boundary of the parcel.

You can't beat the price considering the location. They are right in the heart of the mountain region, the Saco River is accessible behind the property, and the pool was very clean and well maintained. We stayed in a cabin which was fine, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The cabins no longer have the glass doors shown in the pictures, so it was a bit dark and stuffy with minimal windows, but the AC worked great, so it was all good.
