It was quite cold in Shimla when we were there but the hotel rooms had space heaters and electric blankets in the bed, so we weren't cold. The bathroom area was cold though.
The pakoras in the restaurant were excellent although the dining area was cold.

Very nice view from room. Pick up & drop guest service from market would be a nice add on. The walk up was overbearing.
