By far, this has been one of the best hospitality experiences we have ever had. We have stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but the level of service and personal attention here was truly exceptional.
Every detail was handled with genuine care and a personal touch, making us feel welcomed and truly valued throughout our stay. A very special mention goes to the breakfast experience — it felt incredibly personalized, almost as if it had been thoughtfully prepared especially for us each morning. That extra care and attention made a lasting impression.
Honestly, after experiencing such outstanding hospitality, it is hard to understand the negative reviews from the past — our experience was nothing short of exceptional.
A very special recognition goes to Mel, the manager, who is without a doubt one of the finest hospitality professionals we have ever encountered. His professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, and personalized service went far beyond expectations. He was incredibly accommodating and made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect.
Thank you for such a memorable experience. We will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality and truly personalized service.

We stayed at the White Heaven Hotel for 2 nights in the middle of May 2026.
The Hotel manager Mel, was very helpful with advice including arranging a very late supper at a local restaurant, dropping us off and picking us up. Also the Breakfast was great, many many delicious dishes brought to our table. All the other staff very also very helpful and assisted us in every way.
