Just across the plaza from the train station. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was incredible. Lots to see in Koblenz. Loved the old narrow cobblestone streets that went everywhere. So cool

My higher category roomtype was not available at check in. That could have been resolved early in the day when I dropped off luggage, but it was not addressed until late afternoon upon my return.
Compensation was not offered until I asked. Dissapointing.

It was easy to park the car in the basement. However, I didn't like being assigned to an accessible room.

I liked the hotel. Was pleasant. Very close to lidl, mcdonalds, atm, and pharmacy. Had AC. Cannot comment on the breakfast because I didn't try it. 18euro is too high. Close to the train station. 3 minute walk. Was able to get to the places I wanted to go.
