We had a fabulous time.
Spent a week at Elia Agia in Chania.
The staff was incredibly helpful, especially George!!
Greeted us with a smile every morning and chatted about what local things to do and what to avoid.
Our friends and my husband and I highly recommend it and hope to return soon for another visit.

Amazing hotel, amazing location, and amazing beach. We got a room with a hot tub on the balcony. Upon arrival, it was warm, clean, and ready to be used. The room has so many amenities, even a steam room in the shower. The hotel provides a free beach towel per day. They also have umbrellas and sunbeds at the beach. The sunbeds are very large and comfortable, perfect for spending the whole day there. The beach is clean with calm waves. The hotel is in an area where the sand strip is a bit larger than in other parts, which is perfect.
They have 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pools, as well as a big outdoor hot tub.
I'm usually not a big fan of any hotel's restaurant, but I have to say that the food there is surprisingly very good, although a bit pricey for Greece.
In the area, there are many shops and restaurants. You can do everything within walking distance.
Breakfast is simple but good. There is some variety every day.
The staff is super helpful and very nice!
