Location of hotel and size of room is good. Note there is no lift to the fifth floor where room is located.

The staff are very friendly. Although they need to update the check in time from 1:30pm to later as I was waiting longer than usual for my room to be ready. 5 stars though for their comfort and welcoming behaviour. Thank you!
