The bathroom faucet was very hard to adjust the water flow and water was draining slowly. The location was good though since it was close to subway station.

Excellent stay
Excellent service
If I were to have any issue. I would like food to be available round the clock- even if only room service. Or at least till 11:00 PM

Excellent room and superb bed and bedding - so comfortable!! Lovely breakfast with so many choices. A top class hotel in every way and we will definitely use again. Extra benefit is airport limousine bus right at hotel front door.
