The service was exceptional, room was amazing and very clean. Property is stunning and the spa was lovely. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious too. I highly recommend for a getaway!

The rooms, bar, and dining were top shelf. The actual building is truly lovely. Had a wonderful ambiance. Staff very polite and helpful without making you feel awkward. The restaurant was truly 5 stars. We ate 4 meals and as good as the dinners were (and they were) we fell in love with the breakfast offerings. The only slight stumble is the location of the pool. It is a walk down the hill and over to a shared location with a very lovely series of townhomes. Very nice pool but no amenities or service. I only point this out because we visited during a hot stretch over July. Location of the hotel is very accessible to some great places nearby or within a short drive such as Dia Beacon, Cold Spring, Hyde Park, and the Culinary Institute. An absolutely charming inn and we will definitely head back.

Pure luxury and decadence is how I would describe the Abbey. The hotel is located on a hill with a gorgeous view of the Hudson. They have afternoon cookies and coffee to relax and enjoy the sunset over the Hudson. The bed is very, very comfortable in each room has its own thermostat. The staff is very helpful and available at a moments notice. You will not regret your stay at this place.
