Amazing location and the rooms matched the photos.

The location being directly across from the beach was superb! There was a lot of sand to lay and walk around, many chairs and umbrellas to rent probably as well I assume. Very easy to walk to any variety of food and souvenir type shopping. Excursions easily arranged.
The buffet was okay not great, typically quite crowded. The noise from guests in the room next to you is unavoidable and you just get over it and enjoy your stay.
We would return for sure.

The hotel is ok, but the area is empty, you must need to rent a motorbike and take the road for 40 minutes to go to Hoi An at night
