Overall the property was good but some things to note.
1. Hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They had someone over within 2 hours to check it, and did end up fixing it within about 4 hours, it was frustrating after a long travel day.
2. The mattress was not very good and the bedding looked run down.
3. There is a little patio type thing that could be accessed by the bedroom, however the furniture out there looked dirty and it didn’t appear it was cleaned at all ever. Should just remove the furniture if it’s not going to be a spot that is maintained.
4. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work which would explain the mould that seemed to be on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom.
Other than those minor things, the property was good and the location excellent.

Best Location across from
Cathedral st Giles. In the heart of everything. This apartment has everything you need for a sightseeing stay. Can be noisy at night with crowds but if you choose to stay here you should expect it. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress. It feels worn and saggy. Joivy was a great company to work with. Quick to

This was booked very last minute as our train was cancelled. We were very impressed. It was a great location. Great size. Clean. The tea and coffee and biscuits were a lovely addition. Would recommend
