Staff was incredible! We made our check in at 2:30 instead of 3 and the front desk lady was very nice! The room was very comfortable and well lit, the beds were just a bit stiff for our liking, but we know as foreigners that this is common in korea so we were not disappointed by this! The lobby lounge was supper comfortable and nice. Overall we had a great time:)

The hotel uses self checkin but when I had an issue, a lady immediately came to help. Although she didn’t speak any English, she immediately called an interpreter service and we were able to take care of the administrative things. Room was spacious, good AC, tv, water boiler and even hair dryer. Bed was comfortable too. Overall, it was great value for money and service was outstanding given that I don’t speak any Korean.

Decent room. Bed was a little hard. But still had a good sleep. A bit confusing to find the parking. Other than that it is a good property.

The location is not far from Dongmen Market, and transportation is very convenient.
The room facilities are fairly complete, and there is a lounge on the first floor, which is very convenient.
