The room was very hot and we could not change the temperature- possibly because we visited in the winter off-season. The staff were very kind and gave us a fan though. Other than that, our stay was lovely.

Wish pool access would be available to all members listed under the booking. We were a party of 3, 2 adults and 1 child, but our booking only included two pool passes per day.

The cleaning was well done, and it was upgraded from the reserved room, making it a more comfortable schedule.
