Hotel is close to station and in a quieter area, the room was small but clean, amenities such as the onsen were great. We did not purchase breakfast due to the price.

Perfect location for exploring....very close to main train station so airport connection is easy also close to airport bus.
Also plenty of places to eat near by.

Travelled with my wife for the first time to Japan; for the price, we were impressed. Room felt a little crammed at times but was manageable. Staff was extremely friendly and ensured we were comfortable. Room had air conditioning and the bed/pillows were more comfortable than my own. Close to Kyoto Station which saved us time and energy which you would need to travel any places you planned to visit/hike. Would stay here again.
