This is a great place to stay for a visit to Plitvice Lakes.

Really convenient for visiting Plitivice Park. Entrance 2 is just below the hotel. We paid for day passes for the park and they were able to extend them for the length of our stay, which was a nice bonus. The staff was really accommodating and helpful. They let us store our bags before/after check in and check out so that we could explore. They also gave us a free shuttle ride to the bus stop. Food options are so-so but you’re not there for the food. Our room was small and dated, but I think there are nicer, more recently updated options.

It's the location. It's old and kind of basic but well maintained with nice staff but it's at the entrance to the national Park paths and super convenient for going in and out of the park.
